“I had an amazing time during my Extreme Mud Package with Back Country Tours in Halliburton.

Our guide, Kim, was very patient and informative. She took her time to establish my level of riding experience, and then encouraged and assisted me as I needed.

By the end of our trip I was up to my knees in mud and was reminded of the steps to get out. I was so proud of myself when I looked back at what I had ridden through.

Dinner in Halliburton at McKeck’s was great. The food was amazing, with great selections to choose from, the service was friendly and relaxed.

Our package included a stay at the nearby Pinestone Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a golf theme throughout. We had a lovely breakfast overlooking the golf course, a perfect environment for those who enjoy the sport.

Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Snow Run

Meet Kelly Shires family, aunts and cousins. The ladies participated in the Breast Cancer run on Back Country Tours Snowmobiles, stayed at and started the run from our resort partner Hidden Valley Resort. This is what Darlene had to say about our company. "Thanks for all you guys did for the four of us. Four women who had never ridden before, two from San Diego, CA and two from Michigan, rented snowmobiles from Back Country Tours to ride in the 13th Annual Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Snow Run which took place Feb. 3-5, 2012. Not only did they provide us with fantastic snowmobiles they also took their time and fitted us with bibs, neck warmers, gloves, jackets, etc. They even gave us some hand warmers just in case we needed them. They really contributed to making this a very special event for all who participated.

The generous gift certificates that they donated to the Silent Auction at the Snow Run was also very much appreciated.

School's Out, Now What? - Northern Ontario article

"As youth get older family vacations can become less than exciting for them, and in particular, teens, often causing stress for the whole family while away.
