The Sugar Shack was designed to be nestled in the forest. Our year-round romantic cottage is the perfect getaway for 2, honeymooners, romantic getaways, relaxing couples holidays and adventure vacations! Our very cozy 1-bedroom cottage has two floors. From the moment you drive up and get out of your vehicle you will notice to your right a stainless steel propane BBQ and an "Egg" for smoking and classic charcoal BBQ cooking. You have two BBQ options for the chef in you! To the left your very own outdoor fireplace, and behind the privacy curtain is your very own year around private hot tub with mood lighting. Once you open the front door there is a real wood burning fireplace all prepared and ready for you to light. Sit back, relax and enjoy our 60 inch flat screen TV with surround sound. The kitchen is decked out with beautiful granite counter tops.

Upstairs you enter into a country style tastefully designed open concept bedroom showcasing a roman bathtub perfect for 2. The roman bathtub and sink are in a beautiful modern Europian style. We also have a larger than life projection screen for tv and movie viewing - it will make you feel as if your apart of whatever you choose to watch! We have a private enclosed area just for the toilet. Also a glass sliding door that enters into the enclosed balcony which keeps you sheltered from rain or snow. The deck also as an additional dining area for a romantic outdoor dining experience. Relax in style with beautiful manicured landscape and woodland views. Our in-house entertainment is amazing! Our Wifi works on all 3 acres. So where ever you go you will be connected.

Go around our lake with ten thousand acres of crown land surrounding our beautiful cottages. If you have toys and want to enjoy them then this is the perfect place to stay in Haliburton or Muskoka. Only a 15 minute car, ATV or snowmobile drive to the village.

We have beautiful walking trails around the cottage leading into 30,000 ha of crown land around the cottage. The trails take you into the forest and brooks, creeks and lots of great nature to explore.

Notes:

The cottage must be left as you find it.
Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage.
Renters must clean the cottage before they leave.
We supply fresh linen and the beds are pre-made (by a professional cleaning company).
In the winter months, the cottage can only be accessed by 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. If you do not have one, we offer a shuttle on check-in between 4pm-6:30pm and a shuttle on check-out.
* $500 damage deposit required on all rentals

Cancellation policy:

50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.

Requirements: a min of a G2 drivers license. No passengers. Each person drives their own machines. Includes: ATV, Gas, Helmet, Tour Guide, Safety Lesson and trail riding.

What to expect:

When you arrive for your ATV Tours you will be greeted by our expert ATV guides. Our friendly male and female guides will then prepare you for your adventure. First showing you how easy and fun it is to operate Honda 4x4 ATV's, then teach you the riding techniques in our training area. Here you will be taught how to safely traverse over rocks, drive up, down and alongside hills. Once you are comfortable and confident you are ready to ride!

JET SKI ADVENTURES:
